Yes, we direct bill many insurance providers, including Great West Life, Manulife, and Pacific Blue Cross. Please bring your extended benefits card with your policy number and member ID. If your plan requires a doctor’s referral, please bring that too. We can only bill your primary insurance coverage.

Your first visit includes a detailed health intake, a review of your symptoms and goals, and a personalized treatment plan. If time allows, we may also begin treatment during that appointment. We keep the process calm and straightforward so you know what to expect from the start.
